The brand new stylish iPhone 6s is already out with so many stunning features-it’s the most powerful smartphone and is just awesome. It gives you a lot of possibilities, loads of apps can be installed and you can run them smoothly, at least most of the time. Unless, they are no longer responding or “frozen”, but it’s something which can be fixed up in a few minutes. These are some tips to tackle the frozen apps of iPhone 6s. By following these methods, the apps will work perfectly.
5 ways to fix iPhone 6s frozen apps
Solution No.1: Force an app to close
First of all, you can force the app itself to close, if it becomes frozen or unresponsive. To do this, press Home button twice, and you can see the previews of the apps you have been using. Swipe left to find out the frozen app you are looking for. Once you find it, swipe up on its preview in order to close it.
Solution No.2: App update
Sometimes, the reason might be that the app you are using is not up to date. Go to your App Store, and Keep it updated.
Solution No.3: App reinstall
If both these solutions didn’t work out, you should try reinstalling the app. To perform that, find the App’s icon on the Home screen, tap and hold it until you see “X”. Click on it in order to delete the app. Then Go to the App Store, download and install the application again.
Solution No.4: Restart your device
Restarting your iPhone 6s can be helpful to make your frozen apps work properly. Press and hold the sleep/wake button, drag the slider once it appears on the screen. When your phone gets off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again to turn it back on.
Solution No.5: Update iOS
Ensure that you are using the latest iOS version. If your iOS is of old version, update it. You can do it either wirelessly or via iTunes.
You can also try erasing all the content and settings (after backing up your data). Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings, and its done. Your iPhone 6s is all set to do the magic.
